Default MSI Geforce 4 TI 4200

Out of nowhere today, I found a brand-new MSI Geforce 4 TI 4200. Apparently, my brother must've bought it a while back but never came around putting it in.
What do you people think of this card?
Stable for overclocking?
It is 8X AGP, 128Mb, 533 MHz

Ti4200's are great. I have the Evga version of that card.

It performs well in the somewhat current games but never with AF/AA (as with all Nvidia cards).

Right now: Geforce 4 MX 440

Thanks for the help.

Edit: Forgot to mention, it's not to replace the MX 440, ..it's for a new one I'm putting together.

Nice find But i gotta say they are now just a legacy, because even though they used to be one of the most popular, and powerful, video cards of its time, but now its been replaced by the new mainstream card, the Radeon 9600 pro. Dont get me wrong they arnt bad cards, just not worth the money anymore, but since you found it for free, it will do great. And it will give you a huge improvment over your current card

i got one in my machine, an older model though, its not 8x and it has the stock gforce4 cooling on it, i love it man, get some mad OC with itl, but its time is passing, with UT2k4 commin and HL2 (if it ever gets on the freaking shelves) im needing more power, and something that is DX9, so i am lookin for a replacement, BUT i will keep it handy for a 2nd machine

TI's are the best geforce card out there.. even the gf3 Ti200 is great! while building a pc for a friend i used the gf3 and it worked famously.. use it ! def use it. .. oh i forgot to mention that the gf3 was 64 mg .. and it ran about 90/91 fps constant on cs.
