 |  Video issue?  Im having a problem with my video card seting's. It's a ATI radeon 8500le cat 3.8 im geting realy crappy game play and graphic's the system. Its on is a 1ghz duron and 256 mb pc 133 ram pny dont know what kinda motherboard the game is mechwarrior 4. Im over the system requirements and yes i have directx 9 installed. I get lotz of lag and rolling on bulding's in both multi player and instant mission.Iv tryed many diffrent seting's none of them have gave me good results. Am i just asking to much form this system? |

| Tryed 3.7 that dident work  when i try and run it higher than 800x600 aa x 4 and x 2 af i get lines on my game screen. And my leters get smaler and not as bold . like i said iv tryed many diffrent setings none of them work.  | I dont even run AA and AF on my geforce4 ti. You might want to turn those off, maybe it'll help. I would also recommend reformating your harddrive. That computer sounds like it's 1-2 years old. I reformat all my computers every year and they run fine. My mom's old comp (600mhz, tnt2, pc133), can run Morrowind on lowest settings, 10-20 fps. I don't see why a faster computer with a radeon should have so many problems. Try reformating.

| The system run's fine the problem is the game and iv tryed no aa and af i get lotz of jaged edge's on map's and mech's. As for reformating i cant seem to find my win me disk . There got to be a playable seting i dont even know how many frps im geting Any other ideas. |

  | Umm.. Did you bother trying to overclock the card or your rig? I get under 20FPS sometimes in some of my games at stock video card speed (Nvidia MX420) but if I crank it up , I get a solid 30-35FPS in the worst parts of the map
