Default Powercolour X1950GT

Hey, its me again. Just wondering if you think that a 400W power supply would be enough to power this graphics card? I found one pretty cheap, but dont know if I could power it?

whats the amp rating in the 12v rail?
Its recommended at 450-Watt power supply or greater, 30 Amps on 12 volt rail. Your gonna need a good PSU
