| Apex Elite Tech | Okay, I was cruising around newegg.com at school today, and I was looking at video cards. They have a Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro OEM for 305 dollars?! Am I missing something? Or is this actually that good of a deal? That's a couple of paychecks away still, but I'm really considering it. Link It's the second one on the list there. Also, I was wondering why there are two of the exact same cards, except one is 305, and the other is 352. Any ideas? Thanks

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No ideas, since that link doesnt bring anything up for me. One could be a retail version. COmes with a pretty box, manual CD accesories etc. OEM cards dont. Lucky if it comes with a CD. Sorry, all the help I can give. And $300 does seem decent for that card. Im not a good judge. |

| Retired Admin In Charge of Death and Destruction to All those Who Oppose My World known as PimpRig | You were a lot of help Hawklen... Yes this card comes with a CD and cables and adaptor. The closest Ive seen for a 9800Pro is $298 Considering youre getting it through Newegg it is a deal. I would spend up to $10 more on Newegg for thier true-rate shipping and thier outstanding customer service

| Apex Elite Tech | Okay...I looked at the pictures. One has a red PCB, and the other has a black PCB. I thought i read somewhere that a red pcb performed better? Also, reading the differences, It said something about 256bit memory architecture on the more expensive one. there was a powercolor card there for 330. I thought about getting that one, also.

| Semin-Hoe-Le Supp-Hoe-Ter | I barely know anything about the best OEM Card makers for nvidia cards. Gainward, Asus, Herculese, CardFX,blah blah. I know even LESS about ATI cards. Is a $400 9800 Pro ALWAYS better than a $300 9800 Pro? I want to see a brand vs brand 9800 Pro 128 lineup.
