SLI drivers!

Ok my friend just bought 2 6800Xts and wants to run them in SLi Now the drivers that he is useing are sucking i think.... He cant even play bf2 with mid settings! So now my ? is, Is there any good drivers or beter drivers that he should use in his sli??

When it comes to major hardware changes, I'm rather fond of a complete reformat and install. But I'd definately use drivercleaner 2 and install latest drivers.

The latest drivers from NVIDIA should be the best....

Did he properly remove the old drivers first? you uninstall them in the add/remove programs, then run driver cleaner.

Rund disk clean up, then install new drivers and defrag.

Is DX-9C installed? Did you install DX-9 updates from the game CD? they often contain small but important updates...with BF-2 this is especially important!

How about the chipset or other drivers? (Look in Device Manager to make sure everything is hunky-dory)

Are there any game patches?

Have you taken a trip to PCPITSTOP.com and run the full tests?
