Softmodding menu on nVidia/Rivatuner?

I'm trying to hunt down a good how-to on softmodding and unlocking unused piplines...they seem to have disapeared off google searches and I'm having trouble finding anything in forums. Can anyne help out?

You need to find a program called Riva Tuner

I read about Riva Tuner...I can't use it becouse there is nothing to unlock on my FX5700 but there is many others features, great software...
