 |  video fan throttling up? I'm running a 7900GS with the latest drivers on vista ultimate with aero on. The problem is though, that when I open up any picture or video or occasionally an image-heavy web page, the fan on the card throttles up to 100% for about 10 seconds. It gets really annoying. I am unable to directly control fan speed with ntune. Any ideas? Thanks!

   |  Re: video fan throttling up? Riva tuner has fan control , you could try that and set it to start on boot up and set the fan speed at whatever % you think will be good
