| Apex Advanced Techie | It should be perfectly fine, especially since the 7600gt doesnt require a pci-e connector from the power supply. They are relatively low power consuming cards, so assuming you arent running a crazy arsenal of hard drives and cd burners that are hogging all the power, you shouldnt have any problems. However I will say this "NOTE: For two GeForce 7600 GT-based graphics cards running in NVIDIA SLI configurations, a minimum 450W system power supply (with 12V rating of 28A) is recommended." courtesy of Newegg. Good luck! | |

Ckirsh: keep in mind this last line, quoted above. PCApex does not guarantee any of your parts should the PSU calculator be incorrect, I don't think. PCPower&Computing also has a power supply calculator, located here. Granted, it's based on matching your components with their power supplies, so it might be just a bit skewed ... But their minimum suggestion for your mobo & parts comes out to their 610w PSU.Remember three things: 1. It's all about the amps (+12v rail is primary) 2. PFC (Power factor correction) is required (passive or active, prefer active) 3. Don't be fooled by hype. -Godling | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
