The HDM L-Pro Hard Drive Water Cooler has a special, two-piece aluminum decoupling system which features an interior framework that is isolated from the external framework. The system differs from other systems on the market and boasts many advantages.
The separated frameworks provide outstanding decoupling effect and noise reduction. The hard disk drive is installed in the aluminum interior framework and is cooled and decoupled optimally. This system does not use additional insulation with foam material to reduce noise as this can "suffocate" the hard drive by absorbing and retaining heat.
Features:Certified for all hard disk drives (even 15,000 RPM models)Suitable for IDE and SATA drivesCertified for SCSI drivesHigh-quality aluminum designTwo-piece decoupling system (aluminum interior and external framework)Does not use foam material insulationOptimal efficiency for both noise reduction and coolingVery easy and fast to install (just like installing a CD drive)Compatible with any normal 5.25" drive bayMade in Germany
Stackable:
The HDM L-Pro can be installed one above the other in the 5 1/4" drive bays. The cooling performance remains the same and is not limited by installing the units this way. The HDM L-Pro is the perfect choice for server systems that need noise reduction, performance cooling and high reliability!
Liquid Cooling:
The efficient liquid cooling system utilized by the HDM L-Pro matched with its special dual framework design allows the unit to handle the fastest hard disk drives on the market. The HDM L-Pro is very easy to add to your water cooling system since it mounts right in the normal 5 1/4" bays.
