Post FrozenCPU // Wintsch Labs Arctic Spider Rev. 1.5 Liquid Cooled 226Watt Thermoelectric Assembly (GeForce 6800)

Recommended Power Supply: The manufacturer recommended power supply is the Mean Well 600W 24V Single Output Power Supply.

This Block Fits 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" Tubing!

Rev. 1.5: Now upgraded for better SLI Compatibility!

Wintsch Labs designed the Artic Spider with compatibility in mind, so the block uses standard bay reservoir barbs! The Arctic Spider comes with 1/2" ID Bay Reservoir Outlet Fittings professionally installed. The barbs can be swapped out for 3/8" ID Bay Reservoir Outlet Fittings, or 1/4" ID Bay Reservoir Outlet Fittings instead. These should be purchased seperately.

Also Note: The 437Watt Thermoelectric Module (Peltier Device) can be swapped out for lower powered versions.

The Arctic Spider sets a new standard for GPU cooling. Wintsch Labs has designed this product with the extreme overclocker in mind. Made for the GeForce 6800 graphics cards, the unit utilizes an amazingly powerful 437watt Qmax peltier device that is capable of delivering load temperatures below 0 degrees celsius. By cooling not only the GPU but the video card's RAM as well - the Arctic Spider makes sure the entire card gets the benefits of Thermoelectric Cooling. The Arctic Spider's 62mm 437watt Qmax TEC unit bests the competiors' standard 50mm modules by over 200 Watts!

The larger footprint allows for greater heat pumping capability and lower temperatures during idle and load conditions. Specifically designed to lower thermal resistance while increasing thermal conductivity, this unit has lower hot and cold plates made of C110 copper. The housing is made of 6061 aluminum and tapped with two 3/8 NPT inlets/outlets creating a balanced distribution of liquid onto the hot plate.

Fitting size: 1/2" or 3/8" or 1/4"

Specifications:Type:T(H) = 50°CQmax:226 WdTmax:66Vmax):15.2Umax:24.0

The TEC unit can be powered by a stand-alone 12volt - 25amp 320W power supply or two units can be run in series for an SLI setup with the Mean Well 600W PSU.http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-197.html?id=RSnUyafd
