Looking for a socket 754 mobo

Well its come that time of year when the gift of giving is the greatest joy right? Well its also the time of year my mobo decides to die... So i'm looking for a DFI LP or at least a good overclocker, my GIgabyte k8NS pro is down for the count. I want something that will hit at least 300FSB so i can at least squeeze some more out of my amd 2800+ before i hit summer and can afford to build a new rig. So if you have a used board thats in *GOOD* working order i'm interested since i'm a college kid and have lil funding.

I have a DFI Lanparty UT 250gb Nf3 but I'll only sell it with the cpu (A64 3000+)

It overclocks awesomly

I can sell it after christmas
