Gimme a laptop!

Has anybody got a laptop that's just sitting around, you keep meaning to put it on eBay but who has the time, etc. etc?

Give it me!

Yes once again the Monsignor is begging for the benefit of Midvale Elementary in Tucker GA.

Last year HTRN gave me a wonderful video card with NTSC-out so the art teacher could show Powerpoints and Internet art to the kids. She loves it. Just what the doctor ordered.

This year, the new librarian needs a laptop that will show DVDs. Shes got an old Pentium I Thinkpad with 16M of memory and a faulty floppy that just isn't getting it.

I'll send you a nice 501c3 donation letter from the Midvale PTA so you can take a write-off on your taxes - April 2007 be here before you know it.

I know laptops are like gold, most of you fellas [and ladies] need cashflow more than a deduction, but I thought Id ask on the off chance ....

Let me know what you have and Ill see if we have a match. Thanks for your time
