| A George Orwell fan...sorta  |  AMD mobo & processor While looking for my mobo manual I found my old mobo w/ processor attached in the new mobo box. I am not at home currently so I don't recall the mobo manufacturer (can edit post with name later if anyone is interested) but the processor is a K6-2 300Mhz. I would be willing to sell this or trade for something else I may want/need but I really REALLY need a new 350 watt or higher PSU as I recently fried one of mine. | A George Orwell fan...sorta | The PSU will be for my main computer at home not for this mobo and on it I have an Athlon 600MHz w/ AGP. I really don't NEED the PSU to be 350 watts but it would be nice to still be able to use it when I actually have the need for that much power. My current rig doesn't really need that so I could go with a 300 watt PSU but would prefer a 350-500 watt. | |

My folks are supposed to be back tonight or tomorrow morning but I won't be able to go to their house until tomorrow anyway. | |

| Mystical Schwinn Guru  | it says it only goes as high as 4.5 X 100, check the multiplier setting on that and tell me what it says. i still want it, it looks exactly like one I have I need to get DW to change my status to Socket 7 Pimp are those SIMM slots? wow you bet u got urself a deal! | |

| A George Orwell fan...sorta | It has SIMM slots AND DIMM slots... how cool is that. SOmewhere I read that you can run the SIMMs at 66MHz and still have the L2 cache running at 100MHz. Before I forget to remind you, the heat sink (if you use the attached one) will need new thermal grease. I took it off when I first switched mobos and never used it again so never put new grease on it. I will not be able to send this out until next weekend (29th or 30th) as that is my next payday and I am spending a bit this weekend on a 3 day outdoor party that I am also spinning at.
