![]() | I have had it with the boards issue with corsair XMS3200CL2 mem. When I oc if I go a little to far I have to get a stick of crappy ram (which I have to borrow from work) to get back into the bios, just to reset everything to what I had before and start all over again. Then take the crappy ram out and redo the whole thing. I really don't like that so I ordered an NF7-S ver 2.0 which will be here tomorrow, so no turning back now.

That is actually the problem as the board will not boot up at all, it stops with the C1 error and that is because the boards stock timings are too high and the XMS say's screw you so the boad say srew you back and I end up saying screw both of you (as you can tell I am short on patience). Either way my ignorance can be your gain as the same board is going for $90+shipping or more everywhere else. I am selling it no matter what as my abit 2.0 will be here tomorrow.
Sorry, I have no idea, I hope so too if you have XMS.

![]() | All you have to do is hold the insert keydown while booting and it will boot bck at below default specs. Thats what I did with my 1.4 until I got my 2500+ the other day. I have the same board. |

Doesn't work in all circumstances mav. Ive gone too far with my MSI board, hey thought i'd be fun to see if hynix PC2100 would run at 200fsb. I had to set the jumper to 100mhz fsb, into BIOS change settings, return jumper to default 133mhz fsb, and presto it worked. Thats the thing I love about this MSI board, no matter how much you screw up. Its fixable ![]() And fu3l, to your shoe, I rasie you a boot and a sock. | |||||||||||||||||||
