| Hello, I would like to trade an All In wonder (AIW) 9800 Pro ( I have everything) for a Nvidia GPU. This is a good card, but I just built my new system with a 7800 and love it. Now I want to trade the (AIW) 9800 pro in my older system. If anyone is interested, please let me know. It also has OCZ ramsinks on all the Samsung ram modules. It comes complete with the remote and all. My email address is cronydog@yahoo.com. Last edited by cronydog; 09-January-06 at 08:13 PM.. | ||

| Nvidia's answer to the 9800 Pro was the 5900 Ultra series, IIRC. Pretty decent card, but the 9800 still whomps it in benchmarks. I had a 5900SE for a short while and I romped it to 480mhz, past 5900 Ultra speeds and it hangs with my 9700 Pro. Either way the 5700 is a badass card, and I would guess the 256mb versions used Ultra chipsets. I never thought the 5700 was offered in 256mb flavor but why throw 256mb of ram onto a videocard with a less-than-spectacular GPU? | ||

| I bought my AIW for about $200 a year ago... They're still going for $150? That's pretty damned good if you ask me. I think they are still quite popular as HTPC cards because of the outputs/tuner capability. You could get a decent nVidia card for $150, I would think | ||

Yeah, that's a pretty good card. If you look at the non-refurb, a lot of them are alread 16 piplined from the vendor. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
