FS/FT: INtel p4 1.5 + asus p4t-f mobo

yea, tryin to get away from intel now. the mobo has been used for less than 2 weeks and the cpu is about a year old but works just fine. never been overclocked. i'll also throw in the globalwin hsf. brand new used only about a week or 2. i'll also add in 2 sticks of rdram non-ecc samsung 128mb sticks. ram is like new and used less than a month. so total is 256. i'll also include all cables and stuff. heres what i'm asking for

$120 shipped for everything except ram
$160 shipped with everything including ram

i'm willing to negotiate prices. heres what i'm looking to trade for

athlon xp 2000 +, 2200+, or 2400+
abit or msi mobo that supports up to 2400+
cdrw

or whatever, throw in some offers. i'm willing to bargain, thanks

also will sell parts seperatly just name a price.
