I have 2x256 MB PC3200 SO-Dimms (Dual channel).

Would they fit your needs? They are Infineon, they work amazing

I know this post is Old but I thought I would bump it just to see if anyone has any now.

Divine. Thanks, but im really lookin for 1x1GB 2x512mb laptop only needs pc2100. Ive put 2700 in here and benchmarks are BARELY any higher, so not really worth the $$

But since graphics are integrated Im lookin for 1gb to boost my performance some.
