I don't care, just wanted to suggest. And my 1.7 was also a northwood with 256k cache (first generation). Does not make much of a difference since Intel hit 800 fsb now. Good luck! | ||||||||||||||||||||

| Apex Techie Lite  | u shuld just sell the cpu for whatever reasonable price you can get for it and be happy with that or just keep it and put it in another pc or something. i noticed how in another post emopunker07 refered to the amd 1700+ as one of their new cpu's. it's been out for quite some time now and it isn't all that new. | |
