Toner Cartrigdes costs to much for Laser Printer. Get a nice 3-in-one Printer....

I think he wants a Laser so he can print the stuff for circuit boards. Just taking a guess.

Yeah, toner can run you around $120 each, but you can get around 10,000 pages out of it.

Color lasers are fun though... I want one, but I'd expect the toner would be more than my computer is worth.

Check Goodwill and other thrift stores, I've picked up 2 HP LaserJet 4Ls and on 4P for $5 each, all had at least half the toner left.

I have a OKiData C7200 Color Laser (not for sale). Last time I checked the toners were $90-120 apiece depending on who's selling them. It's a great printer, super sharp printouts.

the comp shop I used to work at has some, he was willing to sell me one for $20 but it needs a little work, likes to grab multiple sheets. If he still has the deal I have no problems picking it up for you.

Buy.com has the Samsung ML-1740 for ~~$49.99~~ $36.99 (see post below) after rebate. Free shipping. It comes with a starter cartridge, but real toner cartridges go for a relatively-cheap $69.99.

Update: Buy.com now has a 10% off coupon (good through Sunday 7/31).

So that laser printer is now $36.99 after rebate. The coupon also works on the toner cartridges (now $62.99).
