Im looking for a amd 2100+ for a soyo sy-k7vta pro motherboard that i got for free. I also looking for a 32-64 meg video card. I dont got much to spend but would like to get this computer folding@home

If its just for Folding @ home why do you need eeven 32mb video card. 2mb VGA should work just fine. At anyrate, I have a PCI GeForce2 MX400 64mb...

Why a 2100+ inparticular? Theres much faster chips on the market right now...better revisions, cores, cache, FSB etc...

I dont really mind as long as the processor is decent enough for some games, any processor that works with the board will work. I need a 32-64 meg video card for games

Im guessing becuase its cheap and hes using it for folding @home, you cant expect him to get a 3200+ for a computer hes not going to use very much..

I would go for a 3200+ if it would work on the board the board i got is a soyo K7VTA-Pro and it will only support XP/Thoroughbred and XP/Palomino up to 2100+
