Whats the over all condition of the box? Since shes been opened I guess shes pretty dust free inside. And the games? Since they are all copys I assume they all read and play well...If I was to get this it would be for online gaming....aswell as fragging my bro.

in order to play online you would either 1) have to use Xbox Connect and you can only play system link games on it or 2) Turn the modchip off
also, you would need the original game to play Xbox Live but you can play copy's on Xbox Connect
all games work, and its dust free and has the 12 volt mod for the fan

Dude, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me, but all those games are uh, backups. Are you selling copies of games? Because that would be very illegal.

Yeh he's right...I suggest you remove the games from the selling item, or pay the penalty.

Yeah, I'm a little wary... I don't know if you own legitimate copies of the games or not, but from the pictures I can tell that they are definately burned discs - if they're illegal, I don't think $400 is anywhere close to fair given that you probably didn't pay much, if any for the games in the first place.

You do not own the games, your cousin does. You cannot sell copies of anything, unless the person buying it already owns it, which doesn't make sense.

The rule is this: Unless the games are ORIGINALS...ie xbox boxes, and the geniune holographics stikers, the labeled offical discs, then you CAN NOT sell them.
