this is and email i got from an admin after i was going to trade someone a comp. that guy that wanted to trade a pc for a mac well i had a older g4 he said ''thats a little to old for me'' so i did not respond and now the admin is on my back...do you think this is right??

There aren't any Admins that go by "MacDaddySurge", not that I know of anyway. Also none of the Admins would conduct their behavior in such a manner, nor spell so poorly. I think something fishy is going on. I hope that someone who actually is incharge will find this person's IP address and see who it really is. I'm going to look into it myself also.

Edit: Oh and yes who ever is impersonating an admin will surely be banned. Or at least given probation considering that...it's one of the rules "Do not impersonate other individuals or falsely represent yourself. "

Ah and I found our perp! MacDaddySurge He has red reputation, seriously he could never be an Admin. Don't waste your time with this fake.

Never heard of MacDaddySurge.....and your account obviously isn't banned. If they said they'd do it it would have probably been done within 5 minutes of writing that [grammatically lacking] letter.

Perhaps the better way to handle this would have been to PM an admin or staff member. Rather than try this in the public forums.

Ohh - he had more posts than that single one. He's got negative rep for a reason - we negative rep bombed his @$$ for starting a lotta trouble. Just all his posts other than one were deleted.

And from what I can tell you need to REALLY piss our admins for them to say anything like that, we're talking 'you ran over their dog' pissed...
