WTB - Laptop

Hey all.....Was just wondering if anyone has a laptop for sale.

I will be using it for video editing mostly.

Anyone have anything decent, please let me know.......

BTW willing to spend ~600.

Sell you a P75 for 600

you can tape pictures to it, and cut and paste them.

i have a a 550mhz amd k6-2 with 310mg of ram and a 15gb hard drive, u proboly wouldnt want it but if ur interested PM

Not to sound like a Dell salesman. But have you checked out our Refurbished inventory. You can find fully functioning laptops for bout 600 bucks.

If you watch the ads you can pick something up new for close to that. I had $625 in my Toshiba Satellite about 1 year ago - 2.0 GHz mobile p4, 256 mb ram (recently upgrade to 512), 30 gb hard drive, xp home, cd burner/dvd combo drive, 15" monitor)........like ZerOs said, check out Dell. Video editing is going to be a tuff bill to fill with that price range. You can do video editing on almost anything if your patient. My video machine is a 1.7 celeron with 256 mb ram and 80 gb WD SE hard drive. Gets the job done just doesnt do it terribly quick........but thats all that PC is used for so I dont need it to be quick.

For video editing you would need a large hard drive. It's rather hard finding laptops with large hard drives for ~600. Are you looking to get an external too?

I dont do very long films, 80 gig drive is more than enough........Ill check out that dell stuff though. Thanks.....

BTW I was lookin for something along the lines of at least 1.5ghz and 512megs of ram.

ADD - Does anyone have a link to that refurbished dell stuff? Cant seem to find it on the site.

ADD2 - Found it, but nothing for around 600......
