1. DFI "NFII ULTRA INFINITY" Motherboard - No more than $65 shipped
2. 200GB SATA Drive - No more than $100 shipped
3. SI-97 Heatsink - No more than $30 shipped.

I'd like to trade the following things:

1. Abit NF7-S rev. 2.0
2. AMD XP 2000+
3. RCA RD1075b 256MB MP3 Player
4. Maxtor 120GB 7200RPM 8MB Cache
5. Thermaltake Xaser III V1000C
6. Thermaltake Volcano 9 Heatsink

About the hard drive, you should keep an eye out on www.outpost.com they regularly have deals on Seagate 200GB drives for 70 after rebate (and the rebate only takes ~3-4 weeks directly from Seagate)

I have something similar, but I doubt there in your pricerange, it's my back up rig, and I realy have no reason to part with it...I sometimes think I like it better than my AMD 64

Too high, especially for used items. I'd knock down the RCA price quite a bit because for $70 you can get a 256 creative muvo.
