WTB: Video card, Sound Card

I'm looking for a cheap video card with S-Video out. Preferrably AGP, it doesn't really matter though. I'm also looking for a sound card, doesn't have to be too fancy, Just something PCI and functional.

I'm looking to spend sub 25 total, so shoot my some offers, folks.

I have a Radeon 7200 with analog, S-video, and RCA video in/out (I don't know much about the extra features about ATI cards but it does have the Rage Theater chip on it). It's a 64MB AGP card, 15 shipped.
