Default FS/FT: Toshiba Laptop

PENDING SALE
UPDATED PRICES: GOING FOR $300.

Toshiba Satelite 1805-S203. It comes with a Celeron 800mhz, 20Gig hard drive, and 128MB of RAM (one extra RAM slot left). Battery holds a charge well, with probably about an hour of good usage on it atleast. It lasted through a block period at school, and those are one and a half hours. It has 2 USB ports, and the usual 56k modem, serial, parallel, VGA out, IR, and PS/2 ports. However, there is a problem with the PC Card slots, and they do not work anymore. Also, the battery hinge that slides into the computer to lock the battery in place doesnt catch anymore. Nothing huge, just more of an annoyance. To rectify the problem of not having the ability to use a network card in the PC Card slot, I will be incuding a USB network adapter. Runs fine, just a bit slower than you would see cause of the USB 1.1 bus. Screen is in good condition, with one stuck pixel; not too noticeable in everyday use. Windows XP Home and Office 2003 Student will come preinstalled on the system.

And now for the price. The laptop comes in at $300 not including shipping. I'll pitch in if it's going anywhere else. Price is negotiable, and I'm willing to accept trades if it includes MP3 players (preferably Ipod or Creative Zen's.). Offers accepted.
I dont have a ISP email, cause Charter wont give me one for whatever reason. You can reach me at neotheducky@msn.com . You can reach me on AIM at neotheducky, and MSN at neotheducky@msn.com. I will provide my phone number to the buyer. I dont have heatware, but I do have some ebay rep found here. You can find my PimpRig traders rep here.

Thanks.

We use those exact same Toshiba notebooks at work to run test. They're great. Mobile test machines. Lost one to a fried serial port, which our test equipment plugs into.

Bump, I'm looking to sell it and prices updated. Looking especially for newer MP3 players.

Maybe i'm crazy, but are you selling an iPaq? Says so in the thread title.

If it hasn't been sold already or something, post us a price. I'm mildly interested in it.

Well, I still have it, and just edited my old thread to show that it wasnt (not really) up for sale. I didnt think there would be enough interest.

PENDING SALE

Quote:
Anyways, first up, the Ipaq 2215. It is mint condition and the screen has no scratches. I have used screen protectors since day one, and it has been kept in a neoprene case since I first took it out of the box. For those of you looking for more information on the Ipaq 2215, you can check here. The Ipaq would come with everything that was included in the original box minus the driver CD. Everything that was included on that CD will be included on a burned CD with all the latest software.

That was pulled from the old posting. Ill start the bidding on that one at 225. Still accepting trades (MP3 players get major brownie points).

Ahh, I see.

Well I don't really have enough money to be spending on toys right now, so I guess I'll pass. Thanks for reposting the info.
