If you think someone has broken the rules or needs to be dealt with by a staff member, just click on the report post link (the ! mark next to the rep giver) and a forum moderator will handle it from there.

I can't check the stepping right now bc I'm not home but I will when I get the chance. It's unlocked for sure. I've OCed it a few times, that's why I got the water cooler.
