KVM Switch NEEDED.......w/USB

Any of ya pimps have an extra KVM swith laying around. Needs to have support fer my USB mouse - just need 2 ports. Will pay cash or have some stuff to trade.

Chieftec/Antec/Chemming case bezel - black in color
Alps touchpad
UV cold cathode
cd rom drive
various cables and such......

I use a TrendNet VGA/PS2 2-Port KVM with my USB mouse and keyboard thanks to USB->PS/2 converters, they usually come with USB keyboards and mice, so you should be good to go with any VGA/PS2 KVM.

Anybody have any advise on how that will effect the performance of my MX700??? Will it be as precise - Ive heard you get a serious advantage over PS2 with USB.

you can read this review at tomshardwre and decide for yourself what you want to do. although you may not value toms opinion very much *shrug*

hey aaron,

from using a few diffrent KVM's usb and ps2 didn't really notice a diffrence between the two with my usb mouse preformance, however i have noticed a bit of a lag because of the kvm in general, barely noticable really. in the end i ended up leaving my preformance mouse attached to my gaming rig and using an older mouse on the kvm.

that being said, i do have an extra ps2 kvm areound, runs off a keyboard command to switch computers, let me know if you're interested.
