Vista Ultimate 32bit OEM DVD and COA ( sticker on DVD sleeve with activation code)
Full version, not an upgrade. This is not a system builder DVD so there is no COA to stick on the PC. I was won at a Microsoft event.

Just a note, the COA is good for both 32 and 64 bit OS. Of course one would need the 64 bit instal disk.

My Vista x64 Ultimate came with a x64 disc and a x32disc.

They'll send you a x64 install disc if you provide a valid key. Check it..
