looking for laptop hdd/laptop

well my laptop's hdd finally giving up on me, and im looking for a hdd for it

any brand..aslong as its 5gb> and is a laptop drive ...if anybody want to help me out post here

also my laptop (300mhz ibm) is a bit too slow for me ... if anybody has something faster they wanna get rid of post here too

im willing to pay around $300 + and can trade in my lappy if needed

I have a friend that is trying to sell his laptop. Its a Toshiba, 900mhz P3 I think. 10-20GB hard drive with XP on it. I'll ask him tommorrow about it cause he isnt on AIM right now.
