| Apex Techie Lite | Hi, I don't know if anybody remembers me, but I sold a system on here sometime around last summer. I was living in my car, and had lost both my girlfriend and daughter due to circumstances. I just wanted to pop back on here and tell everyone thank you for your support during that time of my life. Not only did you guys help out monetarily with buying my parts, but a couple of you guys helped me emotionally through the ordeal by calling me, letting me call you, etc. You will never know just how much that meant to me. I have since gotten back on my feet, have my own place and work as a web architect for an architectural firm. I still can't see my daughter for 15 more years, but I get to see my girlfriend occasionally. Anyways, I know that I'm rambling, but I just wanted to say thank you again. If you remember me, and would like to contact me, you can reach me by email at collin@computerhelp-irc.com or on Undernet in #computerhelp Thanks again, Collin |

I'm sorry I don't remember seeing that thread, glad everything worked out for you, sounds like it was pretty rough. It takes alot to get back on your feet, I've been there and seen friends go through similar situations. My best friend was homeless and unemployed for a few months after his Divorce, So I definitely can appreciate the huge effort it took for you. I see you have only 37 posts, so I am not surprised there have been no responses. It takes quite a few posts to become a well known member here, not that we ignore people, but there is an amazing amount of "Pop Tarts" that join and make a few posts and disapear. These guys are very supportive when things get rough, like family to me also Have you been able to get another rig together yet? if so tell us about it, and you are always welcome rig or no rig, even if it's another year before you post again

| Apex Techie Lite | Hey guys, I'm still around, I just don't have time to be as active as I would like to be here. I just popped up to see if anybody that had helped me remembered me from before. Apparently y'all do! Amazing that after so long, people still do. What's it been, like a little over 2 years or so? Crazy.Anyways, y'all take it easy! |
