I believe it is a PS2 / PS3 to component cable.

Looking more closely at the cable, it's got the five ends, so that's a component cable. If it were a composite/s-video, it would only have 4 ends (the right and left audio, s-video and composite video) And, of course, a bump for a worthy cause.
