Dreyco, all you need do is this.

Create two F@H folders, each with the latest client .exe in them. I simply called mine Core1 and Core2.

Now, with two separate clients, run command prompt and navigate to the first folder, (for me this is "E:\Folding\Core1\".

Now you're in the right directory, run the FAH .exe, still from the command prompt, but make sure you add a " -local" to the end of the command.

E.g. "E:\Folding\Core1\FAH-504Console.exe -local"

Then its just a case of entering your details then repeating the process with the second client .exe. Make sure you give the first client you install a Machine ID of 1 and the second client 2. This is also very important.

Then you have perfectly separate dual core folding.
