I built this little computer almost 2 years ago to sell. I had most of the parts, and at the time I was only working part time, needed some cash, so I agreeded to sell it for $150. This is just a 1.5GHz CPU, 512 RAM, PCChips cheap mobo. Well, long story short, I took the computer to the guy, and then he tells me he can get one that is better with a monitor, keyboard and mouse for the same price.

Dang used car salesmen. He offered me $100 for it, I told him no, I will give it away before I sell it for a loss. So I kept the little borg. Today, I gave it away. It has a new home, the folding will continue with the new owner, and I do not have to pay the power bill for it anymore.

Kinda sad, the KVM plugs are just laying on the floor... But the guy got robbed, lost his computer, and hell, I have a lost that annoying 60mm fan noise. And it is still folding for me.

He wont have the interweb untill next week, but it takes that one a while to do a WU anyway. I may lose a couple of days of folding with it, no big deal.

Well, it all works out in the end.

No kidding. I'd rather see you give a computer to someone that needs it than to get ripped off by someone that can afford it. +rep.

Thanks for the kind words. The KVM cables will not be laying on the floor too long. I am upgrading my main rig soon, and will piece together another AMD 64 CPU to the 'Borg'.
