I was 70% done with a huge WU. 404 points. FAHMON showed at the beginning it would take 5 days to complete... I was set to finish it tomorrow around 10pm. Stupid storm caused a power outage a little while ago, and when I set back up, and started F@H, it started the WU over! *pulls what little hair he has left out* I'm so angry right now! Stupid country power lines...

That sucks brother! Not sure what happened, it should have just restarted the client from the last save. I am not sure what you are running, but if you are overclocking, make sure it is stable.

Did you shut down the computer or did it lose power? I hope nothing got messed up with the power loss. You should check into a UPS if you have the cash, a halfway decent one is not much money, but they are nice to have.

I am in Louisiana, and this time of year thunderstorms are weekly. My main rig is on a pretty good UPS, well, the laptop has it's own battery (I use the UPS surge protector on it), and my best borg is on a cheap UPS, and one computer is on that unit's surge protector. It is frequently off after a day or night of storms.

Thanks guys. I finally got off my lazy butt and took the opportunity to go ahead and hook up my UPS. Then I went ahead and downloaded the Beta console version 5.04. So hopefully, no more problems.

Actually, it does that when there is an error in the folding. I used to get that a lot when I had an unstable overclock, and I ended up with an inflated WU count.
