F@H priority differences?

Hey guys. Just thought i'd post this here, and ask a quick question. I've been F@Holding for a couple weeks now, but I never gave the priority a second thought. I was going to PM Thrasher2, but I figured it'd be better to post it so if I get a good answer, others can benefit from the info. So here's the question.

What are the differences between running F@H with priority idle and low? I'm pretty sure it asked me in the -config when I set up my console version. Does running it in idle only run it like the screensaver version, where the computer has to be idle for it to start folding?

What core priority should I use?
Use low priority on a dedicated folding rig. The core will try to run at all times.
Use idle priority on an everyday use rig. The core will only try to run when NOTHING else is active.
