Default Did I just lose all of my progress?

Okay, i don't know why I did this (it's 3:15AM, thats why) but I just went into the Task Manager and accidentally ended my Folding Core process. Not the console, but the core. Is there any way to restart it? It's already downloaded a new one..or did I just lose it?

If it's already downloaded a new one, that means it's moved on to the next set of work.

Yeah, I tried that, but it has already downloaded a new core, so it just starts working on the new one...I may just have to try and catch it right after it finishes a WU

You canceled the program.......and then you restarted it?
Did you delete the WU?

Okay, here's what happened... I was going to play some game, so I went in to turn off F@H. Instead of ending the process of the console, I just canceled the process FahCore_65.exe. I didn't notice that I had done this until a while later, so the console had already downloaded a new WU, because it thought it had finished the one it was working on. The old WU is still there, the console will just not load it.

Try running the console from the command line with the -oneunit flag. It'll run the rest of the current WU out. Then, if things go right, it SHOULD pick up where it left off on the old WU on the next run. You'll just have to remember to run it without the flag right after that WU completes.

The only other option I can think of is to delete the new WU and hope it picks back up on that old one.

Hummm....I shut down cores all the time.
Just restart the F@H program........The log should tell the program what Core it was using and continue.

Printscreens of any F@H error is Helpful

I did restart the console. It picks back up on the new WU. It's almost like it can't find the one that I shut down. I know it's there though, I can see it.

if you have an unfinished WU, then normally, it should finish the one it has, and then go back to the older one. at least that is what it has done with mine after it uploads the current one its on.

however the flag command line does work as well
