Help with new Folder

Hey guys. I'd been hearing about folding for a couple weeks now, and just finished reading up on it. I downloaded the program from here on PCApex (v3.02 i think). Installed and everything, and it starts to run, but it seems to be stuck on "Getwork". It goes through the process over and over again, but doesn't seem to be able to get an assignment or whatever. Anyone have any clue what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks guys. I think it was the "watched pot never boils" syndrome. After I walked out of the room to talk to my g/f, came back and it had something about the no Core found, blah blah blah and seems to have fixed itself.

Help me understand real quick if you don't mind. This thing runs constantly, or only when the system is idle? Other than that, I think I'm set to start Folding.

When you set up the program:
You use Idle : for Daily use of the PC.
You use Low : for a PC that F@H's 24/7 without use.

Now, can anyone tell me how many frames are typically in a "wu"? Just trying to figure out how long each one takes going by the one that's running now.
