Had to reformat hd recover last WU??

I had to reformat my HD and was at 370 of 500 on my last WU is there any way of recovering that WU and continuing? I don't remember the name of it.
Also please check my setup and make sure I got the settings right so team PR well PAX gets the credit.

folding.stanford.edu is able to cover your WU records as long as you use the same "username". I'm not 100% on whether or not they tag a specific WU with your username, but your progress thus far is definitely maintained.

Dn't know if that helps, but that's what I can offer.
