3.2 P4-i have my main rig running f@h all the time execpt when playing games.
And as soon as i finish my current mod, ill have my dual PIII 650 rig running dual instances
i also have my computer in my computer tech class running F@H when ever it is on, its a 2.8Ghz dell.

peregrine; a Sharp, amd64, 2700+,,,1.2g ram,,64mb Ati the laptop

all run 24/7 except the laptop,,,it runs 24/7 when i'm not traveling,,,,,i leave the others running while i travel, up to two weeeks at a time,,,,should move into 100th place to day,,,with Ator on my butt...

Keeping the Semp, but Im getting 2 new ones.

Socket 754 Semp (2600)
and a socket A CPU (who knows I still have to overclock it..

So heres my farm

My Comp Now @ 2.3 Ghz

Barton
Upstairs Semp@ 2Ghz
My dads comp @ 1.83Ghz
A New Comp that has a CPU (my old 1800+ That Can go to 2.2Ghz)

so I have a total of 8.33 Ghz

I took the Slot 1 processors off-line for the moment because they spew off a serious amount of heat and do a WU every 8 days or more. But my main folders are:

2X 2400+ Semprons @ 1900 MHZ
PIII 550 socket 370 in a sff case and 180w PSU

I love the sff because it throws almost no heat and my family can use it to check email and what not from time to time. BUT those people wouldn't listen to me and kept closing F@H, SO I waited till it finished a WU (multi day wait) and reinstalled F@H. It DLed a new core, and I have it running as a service instead of a console on that rig. Best part was someone donated that rig to me, and all I did was spend $25 for the new case. As soon as I get the slot processor situation under control, they will be up, as well as a Barton (I had one, but with trading back and forth with buddies, I ended up with the 2 Semprons I started out with!) Also, I now only spend about an hour or so on Unreal, and rarely use my PC's for music. Need to get my PDA back together so it can take the burden of playing my tunes, and free up some cycles for the cause!

UPDATE 14 October 2005:

Coming in a few days (just ordered it from Newegg!):
- Athlon 64 3000+ Venice w/ Zalman 7000Cu LED HSU
- DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D
- Powercolor X800GT (will end up in my upstairs computer, once I get an X1800XT)
- Antec NeoHE (high efficiency) 550W PSU. Check out this thing!!!! . 3 (yes, 3) 12v rails @18A each, and that 550W of CONTINUOUS power is rated at 50 degrees C!!
- Ratpadz GS mousing surface (a must have with my MX1000 mouse)

I'll be getting an X2 4400+ to take the place of the 3000+. That "crappy" (lol) processor will end up in my "Media Machine" upstairs.

So, after I find my way around the DFI BIOS, i'll overclock this bad boy all day long (thanks to my OCZ PC4800 RAM). I'm aiming for 2.2Ghz for 24/7 folding, gaming, and the like. Well that and I'm in the process of moving my rigs around, so I'm having down time this weekend. Got my 2 main folders in action for the rest of the day, but tomorrow I have to shut the one down while I rewire things. Need more outlets as well as some fresh cat-5 to go to my switch. About time I took care of this. Maybe I will have another PIII up, if I can figure out a way to make it throw a little less heat. I OCed the one while underclocking the AGP bus (it's going to be a dedicated folder, so video is of minimal concern) but the thing still spews heat. I even have a heatsink from another PIII on the card. Helps lower case temps, and raise room temps. I just aquired space and a desk in another room, so hopefully I can finish modding that to suit my needs. Anyway . . . . FOLD ON EVERYBODY!!!

underclocking the agp bus should not really affect anything much, what you really need to do is underclock the vid card, depending on what card it is you could use radlinker, powerstrip, rivatuner, etc. or yo
