Know what I like? The fight PR is having against the Russians. They have taken back their spot a couple times, but we got them for the moment. Need more power.

Just got done putting together a K6-2 450 out of spare parts just to fold. I know it's not much but every little bit helps.

My laptop with an amd athlon4 @1.2 is out folding the dell with a P4 @2.0. The've been folding full time since dec. 1st. The amd is out folding the intel 3 to 2.

I would guess you would complete 1 WU every 4 days with that. Whether it is worth the electricity is up to you, if it would help the team? Hell yeah. Anything is welcome.

We are killing the Russians again, almost 500 points up on them. But if experience holds true, they will suddenly get a burst for about 24 hours that will launch them ahead again. Their problem is they can't mantain that lead, we stay constant. Pimps, talk to your bro's with the always on connection and convince them that folding for PR is doing good for all.

Spare cycles just means that the folding program is using your processor when other programs aren't.

hey, I finally got 10 computer to run folding, but how do they get the score??

from the website:
points = 2 * multiplier * (daysPerWU)

does this mean (at least for me) 2*15*(daysperwu)?? and i turn them out faster than one day, so how does that work?

I am up to, wow, why didn't I go amd...3 Units. I just recently started running F@H full time on my so called 2Ghz Celeron at 70% CPU useage. I really think this is a great effort worth doing, and hope we can get as many people as possible folding.
