Well, today I will toot my own horn because I just became the 9^th member on team PimpRig to hit 1 million points.

It?s been quite a ride since I completed my first WU on 1/1/04. From drafting a letter to Vijay Pande to kick start Mom?s ?Folding in the News? campaign, buying lots of cheap parts and endless dumpster diving to build 9 sub 3ghz P4 folding rigs in my small one bedroom apartment, getting to 8^th place on the team, moving and putting all but one in storage for 1.5 years and dropping back down to 15^th place, then shooting myself with a framing gun while building an office/computer structure.

After getting the office completed, I set all my rigs up and found that a lot of them where dead. I started upgrading CPU?s and building more computers. At first, all I could afford were P4 3.0+ HT CPU?s but have since added 2 quad cores to do nothing but fold and have plans for more in the near future.

Like I said, it?s been quite a ride, but it?s all been worth it. 2 Million Points, here I come

Congrats to both you and our team Some unfortunate events have given me a major set back in my folding efforts and it's kinda hard to fix things from another country, but come April I'll try my best to get my sh*t in order.

Good for you babe. Remember, we have put our hearts and soul into this. Not to mention all the years. I don't like the idea that soon we will fall below the 10th spot, but it has been a lot of
