So, Mom sends me a message asking if I'd heard about the clinic in Las Vegas that was shut down for potentially infecting up to 40,000 folks with Hep B, C and HIV. 6 people have been confirmed infected with Hep C for sure . . .

Scary stuff, and it pushes to me the need for the F@H program more than ever . . . They aren't working on the Hep diseases directly, mind, but these viral infections CAN cause cancer, which is one of the many things F@H is hoping to 'solve'.

Oh, and here's a link to the story that I found after Mom pointed it out to me.

Man, I wouldn't to have been going to THAT clinic, that's for sure.

My wife was one of those patients. It's scaring the hell out of us. She has been there 3 times in that period and had IV anesthesia all 3 times. The last thing we need is something on top of the M.S. and other health problems she already has.

It's attempted murder. Thousands of times over. It's medieval and barbaric. This is the year 2008.
Out of 40 thousand people, how many are children? How many people knew they were using dirty needles? There are so many questions. My heart goes out to all the people getting this kind news.

Well, they have closed three clinics so far. I wonder if the other two clinics tried to kill 40 thousand people. They haven't closed the place I went to about 10 times. This shizt is going to be big. Every lawyer in town has a class action suit going.
The blatant disregard for human life still has me shakeing my head and mumbling outloud.
