Unhappy Mr. Ian Gemmill

Hi. I realise that even in America things are not always 'made well' (Minnesota Bridge), but is there some reason other than UScentricity that your system wants to tell me which credit card I must use; as i have more than one payment option, I thought that it was my prerogative, not yours, to choose method of payment.
While you may havre a very good product in your 'speed up my pc' tool, i won't be using it until your accounts people devise a more open system.
Living here in China has its frustrations, and sluggish broadband is one cause; having a more efficient running engine on my pc would compensate for external limitations.
Cheers from Ian

If you want to give feedback to UniBlue, may we suggest you contact them direct at their website?

Uniblue - Software Made Easy

And FYI, UniBlue are actually from Malta, not America.

Hope this helps

Geez some people. I have no idea how he reached the conclusion that we made SpeedUpMyPC3, although I am pleased however that he obviously read my review and was impressed.

Just a hint Ian, get your facts straight before going on a rant. Usually stops you looking like a tool, oh and welcome to PC Apex

You have a lot of nerve saying that. Do you know anything about the recent pet food recall that killed hundreds of American pets? It turns it was caused by Chinese industrial negligence. Did you hear about the recent toy recall in the United States? It turned out some toys imported from China contain dangerous lead paint.

And what about this bridge collapse that happened in China today? The thing wasn't even completed and it collapsed, killing 36 people.

Do you have any idea how much grief Americans suffered when the Minnesota bridge collapsed? You aren't a very sensitive person and should think before you post.

In a perfect world the ability to accept payment for a commodity would be universial, but due presence of questionable institutions a western business can exercise their ability to choose what payments they deem acceptible.

In any business it is a rule to make sure you can get paid for any sale you make.

If you cannot abandon your COMMIE ideas and accept the decisions made in other economic models you are welcome to limit your future business to your own market.

Oh no! This western gentleman currently domiciled in the world's largest capitalist society, China, has COMMIE ideas.
My New Zealand VISA card has only been rejected by UniBlue. All other businesses have accepted it. So, UNIBLUE are the small minded outfit, not me: i guess it's their problem for operating out of an olive republic.

I second that notion!
I especially took offence to the minnesota bridge remark, I may not live in the states but I do have friends in that area who I was very worried about at the time!

So this forum is where all those raised on McDonalds end up? China is cool, has its growing pains, but I hold as much hope for the world's second most insular nation, China, as I do for its most insular one, USA. You correspondents are a whimpish collective, none of whom are prepared to come out from hiding behind its alias.

All hail the admin who banned him.

Honestly, we have had a number of people who came from nations other than the U.S.A. and Great Britain who brought out the finer parts of their nation without having to justify it with anti-American stereotypes.

If that guy thinks he can justify hating because of his prejudices you can only wonder how the rest of his life is screwed up.

ADD: He seemed less kiwi and more commie by the way he defended China and slammed on the U.S.
