Ouch. Where did you buy the Audigy2 card? Usually, you cant download the main software, only the drivers. Other components such as creative mediasource and drivers can be downloaded via the autoupdate feature on creative's webpage.
Oh, and try not to capitalize every first letter of each word.
And welcome to Pimprig

What operating system are you using? You can set Windows to produce 4.1 output via Control Panel. For WinXP, there are instructions at Microsoft (about halfway down that page, "Configure Multichannel Support in Windows XP"). Windows 2000 has a similar function under Control Panel / Sounds and Multimedia / Audio tab / Sound Playback / Advanced button.

Creative does have a fair amount of software available for download for your card (here, for US users), but I doubt if you need most of it. My guess is it'll sound great if you download/install the drivers and configure Windows to run 4.1.

you can try this website: http://www.driverheaven.net/showthread.php?t=75905

it has a modified audigy 4 driver that works with the audigy 2. improves the sound quality too plus everything says audigy 4 afterwards

Here's another option for you. This group called the kX project has developed drivers/software to work with creative sound cards or any with the emu10k1/2 chipsets on soundcards. Creative audigys all have em. Try it out They're supposed to be much better than the creative drivers/software...but i haven't had experience with em. Maybe some of you other guys have.
