| is the local station AM or FM? use a snap on Filter you know the ones on monitors..the ferrite cores...or it could be because of bad PsU regulation within in speakers. Hmmm noise... Try putting the speakers on a metal box..do they still pick up the RF noise? Could be the power plug or..even the inputs for the speakers.. | ||

| Apex Tech Fanatic | Poor shielding/ cheap amplifier; I bet they aren't very good speakers to begin with, if you have the cash, buy a new/better set. I cannabalized an amp from a cheap set of powered speakers to make Franken-speakers, (made from the carcasses of broken stereos, etc.) Would pick up any and all interference, at my dad's they played tejano music, at school, they would crackle and pop from cell phones (usually my roommate's). | |

| i dont know if i want to wrap my mobo in a plastic bag *then it would sound like a bag got sucked through my fans..* I think I will just curse and turn them up to drown it out. The really sad thing is that the f.m. station SUCKS!!! I wouldnt be so upset if it was a good station lol. | ||
