I reformetted my pc with win98 axnd after doing that my display won't let me make any changes in resolution ity is stuck in 2 and 16 colors.

and then after a restart go into properties and you should be able to make the changes needed! bwaaaah ha ha top that !

Run>msconfig>normal mode>restart
