Best time for bad news?

Im guessing that there is really never a good time for bad news but......

Anyways I've found out that there is a pretty good chance that Im going to be moving overseas at the end this school year and I've got a very very good friend that I need to tell but Im just not sure how. Anybody have any advice on how to break it to her? (She's very very sensitive

)

come to her 1st... be honest and be blunt. if she finds out from someone else first... it could hurt your friendship

Allright thanks TK. Thats sorta been my instinct for a while now but I've just not been able to work the courage to say it.
