Brother was shot and killed...

My half-brother was shot and killed last week...

I guess I wish I would have made more of an effort to get to know him...

Life is odd sometimes... news reports make is seem like he deserved it somehow... Kind of a love triangle with kids (custody battle) in the mix. Happened in Salem...

Anyway... This year has been really eventful for my family...

I can't say I knew him that well... I didn't even know he existed until I was 17 (long, long story attached to that one)...

Still, I don't know how to feel about it. I always hoped to go see him someday and get to know him... I grew up as an only child... would have been cool to have a brother I could actually not be ashamed to be associated with (Last time I spoke w/ my other half brother, my parents had bailed him out of jail for stealing a car)

Anyway... oh well.
