Man, once again, I find myself pissed at windows.

My most recent install was on a role, almost up to 6 months without any problems! That's pretty amazing, considering how windows enjoy's deleting crucial files.

Too bad though, I have no copies of windows what so ever right now, nor the cash to throw out for something that I will just re-install again and again.

Now, I used to be a pretty frequent Linux user, but, I really wanted to game, so it never really worked out. I would use Linux right now, if my sound card were supported... I'm using an E-mu 0404, basically the only card that isn't supported in Linux, probably because Creative is blowing some microsoft rep.

So I sit here, without a pc till I can come up with a solution, until then, I'll have to deal with more happy happy closed standards and bs.
